# DomWhisper

> DomWhisper turns any webpage into a comment layer — a Chrome extension with which you can highligh, mark, and start a discussion on any position of any webpage. Select text or click any DOM element, write a whisper that is either private ("Mine") or public ("World"), and your annotations reappear every time you revisit the page. Public whispers are aggregated into community rankings of the most-discussed websites on the web.
